Pure Potential has developed a program that simplifies the three most effective fundamentals that will create consistency in the game of soccer. Pure Potential's camp director, Abe Torres and his coaches and trainers will help your player learn the basic skills to give a true understanding of the game of soccer, teamwork is emphasized and sportsmanship is expected. By simplifying Pure Potentials method, the learning curve is greater so we can focus more on creative games.

1- CREATING THE BEST ATHLETE POSSIBLE

The Mental Part of the Game

• Understand own body mechanics
• Proper warm-up and Cool down
  
• Proper stretching (Before and After)
  
• Understanding the game, players own abilities and commitment

The Physical Part of the Game

• Speed and Agility with no Pressure - mid Pressure and full Pressure
  
• Physical Circuit Training
• Explosive Reaction Training

Each player will minimize injuries by understanding the three levels of pressure, and it will help them learn from their own mistakes.

2- TECHNICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF THE GAME

• A step by step on how to approach the ball with body balance and visual direction
• A step by step on how to create the Boot Putter with strength to pass the ball with consistency
• A step by step on how to receive the ball on the three different body levels
• A step by step on how to shoot the ball on an angle or straight with power 

3- TACTICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF THE GAME 

No-Pressure

• Ball on the ground
• Ball on mid-body
• Offensive attack (2 v 1, 3 v 1 and 4 v 2)

Mid-Pressure

• Ball on the ground
• Ball on mid-body
• Defensive attack (3 v 2, 4 v 3 and 5 v 4)

Full-Pressure

• Ball on the ground
• Ball on mid-body
• Ball on upper body
• Mid-field offensive attack (1 v 1 , 3 v 3 and 5 v 5)

AGE GROUPS: 6 to 15

COST OF ACADEMY CAMP:

$125.00 per player. Includes a camp T-shirt

$150.00 per player. Includes a camp T-shirt and a choice of a PPT-Ball or a Training ball.

To continue the learning process and achieve their goals, semi-private and private training sessions are available all year-long.

WHAT TO BRING TO THE CAMP:
Player's soccer gear, water, and small snack if needed. Pure Potential will hand out camp T-shirts at registration. Players will compete for prizes on Friday and we will have snacks and Gatorade to enjoy the last day of learning success. All the photos that Pure Potential will take through out each week on camp, they will go to our Gallery in the web-site.
